What is DelegaAI?+
DelegaAI is an AI-powered automation platform for business processes. We design, develop and implement solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks: invoicing, reports, customer service, dashboards, sales and more. You define what to automate, we build it.
What types of businesses does it work for?+
Any size. From small businesses with 2 people who need to automate their invoicing, to enterprises with 100+ employees who need to integrate multiple systems. What matters is not your company size, but that you have repetitive processes consuming your team's time.
What countries do you operate in?+
We operate worldwide. We have specialization in Mexican invoicing (CFDI 4.0) and tax compliance with Mexico's SAT, but our automation solutions, dashboards, bots and reports work for businesses in any country.
What processes can be automated?+

Do I need technical knowledge?+
No. We handle the entire implementation, configuration and training. The dashboard works with clicks, the bot works with text messages, and reports arrive automatically in your inbox. If someone on your team can use WhatsApp, they can use DelegaAI.
Pricing
How much does it cost?+
Implementation is a one-time payment ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 USD depending on project complexity. After that, you only pay the monthly license, which is approximately 4.4% of the implementation cost. For example, if your implementation costs $5,000 USD, your monthly license would be ~$220 USD. Are there hidden costs?+
No. The model is transparent: you pay implementation (once) + monthly license + premium AI tokens you consume (~$20 USD/month for 500 invoices). There are no surprise charges, no minimum commitment contracts, and support is included in the license.
How much do AI tokens cost?+
Using premium AI, token costs are: approximately $0.04 per processed invoice and ~$0.014 per WhatsApp message. A typical SMB spends between $30 and $80 USD per month. We give you full visibility of consumption in your dashboard so you always know exactly how much you are using.
What is the expected ROI?+
On average, our clients report a 240% ROI. The investment pays for itself in 3 to 6 months thanks to savings in person-hours, error reduction and process acceleration. An employee who dedicated 20 hours per week to manual tasks can redirect that time to higher-value activities.
Implementation
How long does implementation take?+
5 to 10 weeks depending on complexity. A basic dashboard can be ready in 5 weeks. A full integration with ERP, invoicing and bots can take up to 10 weeks. This is one tenth of what traditional development takes (12-18 months).
Do I need to change my ERP or current systems?+
No. We integrate with your existing systems: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Contpaqi, Aspel, Salesforce, HubSpot and many more. If your system has an API or an accessible database, we connect it. You don't need to migrate or change anything.
Will my operations be interrupted during implementation?+
No. We work in parallel with your current operation. We configure and test everything in a separate environment before activating it. The transition is gradual and controlled, with no downtime or interruptions to your day-to-day.
Is training included?+
Yes. Complete training for your team is included in the implementation cost. We train end users, document processes and provide quick reference guides. Additionally, ongoing support is included in the monthly license.
Technical
Can it connect with Power BI?+
Yes. We offer bidirectional Power BI connectivity: we write structured data so your Power BI dashboards are fed automatically, and we can also read existing Power BI data to integrate with other systems. Compatible with Power BI Desktop, Pro and Premium.
What technologies do you use?+
We work with 42+ technologies including Claude AI, OpenAI, Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Node.js, Go, Rust, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, WhatsApp API, Telegram, and more. We select the best combination for each project.
Does it work with WhatsApp?+
Yes. We build intelligent AI-powered bots that respond in natural language 24/7. They can handle customer service, generate quotes, check order status, schedule appointments and more. Everything through the official WhatsApp Business API.
Is data processed in the cloud or on my servers?+
By default, we use cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare) with enterprise-grade encryption. For companies with special sensitive data requirements, we offer on-premise deployment (on your own servers) so data never leaves your infrastructure.
Security
Is my data secure?+
Absolutely. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your data is never used to train third-party AI models. We comply with international security standards, GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) and LFPDPPP (Mexico's Federal Data Protection Law).
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes. We sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) before accessing any data or systems from your company. Confidentiality is a fundamental part of our process and we take it with the utmost seriousness.
What happens if I want to cancel?+
Your data is yours, always. There are no minimum commitment contracts. If you decide to cancel, we provide a complete export of all your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON, SQL). No penalties, no fine print.
