Refund Policy

1. Free Demo

The initial 30-minute demo is completely free and without obligation. No credit card or payment of any kind is required to schedule a demo.

2. Implementation Services

Implementation services are billed according to the schedule agreed upon in the commercial proposal:

  • Before project start: 100% refund of the initial payment if cancelled before work begins
  • During implementation: charges are proportional to the work completed. The unused balance is refunded within 30 days of cancellation
  • After delivery: no refund applies once the project has been delivered and accepted

3. Monthly License

  • The monthly license can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' prior notice
  • There is no early cancellation penalty
  • Already paid months are not refunded — the license remains active until the end of the paid period
  • Upon cancellation, the client retains their source code and data

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If within the first 30 days after the initial delivery you are not satisfied with the service, we will work at no additional cost to resolve the deficiencies. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we offer a proportional refund for the unused work.

5. Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your name, company, and reason for the request
  3. You will receive confirmation within 48 hours
  4. Refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method
